CAMP PENDLETON - A 42-year-old Chula Vista man was tragically killed Thursday afternoon in a rollover crash on southbound Interstate 5, the North County Times reported. The victim, Ali Bourgi, was a rear-seat passenger and one of three occupants of a 2003 Toyota Rav-4. Shortly before 4 p.m. Thursday, another vehicle reportedly cut off the Rav-4, forcing it into the center divider. The driver overcorrected and the SUV overturned multiple times.
