Pedestrian Accident Personal Injury Liaiblity

An investigation is ongoing as to the cause of this accident in San Marcos. If news reports of this incident are accurate, it appears that the driver of the Lincoln may be responsible for the woman's injuries. After a major injury accident such as this February 2nd San Marcos pedestrian accident, the family members of the injured victim would be well-advised to speak with a San Diego personal injury lawyer about the incident and the victim's rights to recover compensation for the serious injuries she sustained in this accident and all related medical expenses.
