San Marcos Pedestrian Accident Liability
After an accident such as this one, where liability is unclear, injured victims of pedestrian accidents may benefit from talking to a lawyer. If negligence of another driver caused their injuries, accident victims may be entitled to compensation for medical treatment costs, lost earnings, pain and suffering, and other damages. It is always advisable to speak with a knowledgeable San Diego pedestrian injury attorney before speaking with insurance adjustors or accepting a compensation offer from the responsible party. A skilled lawyer can often help victims recover substantially more compensation for their injuries than is initially offered.
