Car Accident Personal Injury Liability
A passenger injured in a car accident may be entitled to recover compensation for their injuries from the driver of the vehicle that is responsible from the crash. In multi-vehicle accidents, if multiple parties contributed, a claim may be filed against multiple parties. When liability is disputed, claims arising from multi-car accidents can be complex. After an accident such as this February 19th crash in Bonita, where multiple cars are involved, the injured passenger or his or her family would be well-advised to speak with a San Diego car accident lawyer about the crash and the victim's rights to recover damages for medical expenses, lost earnings, pain and suffering, and other damages. In a free consultation, a knowledgeable personal injury attorney can review the accident report and advise victims of the best course of action to protect legal rights and recover maximum compensation.
