DUI Accident Personal Injury Liability
Dozens of people are seriously injured or killed everyday in accidents caused by drunk drivers in California. If news accounts are accurate, the victims of this accident may be able to recover compensation for their injuries from the drunk driver, or in the event that he was uninsured, from their own insurance policy. After a suspected alcohol-involved collision such as this on February 4th, the injured victims would be well-advised to consult with a San Diego drunk driving accident lawyer about their legal rights and options to be compensated for their injuries, including medical care, lost earnings, pain and suffering, and other damages.
