Pedestrian Accident Personal Injury Liability

Pedestrian accidents have unique legal issues. Based on the facts given, it is not clear whether the driver of the car could have avoided the collision. If police determine that the driver of the Honda Accord was driving negligently and is responsible for striking the pedestrian, the victim may be entitled to compensation for his injuries, including medical care expenses, lost earnings, pain and suffering, and other damages. While the investigation is ongoing, the family members of the victim may benefit from speaking with an experienced San Diego pedestrian accident lawyer who can advise the victim of his legal rights to recover compensation for his injuries.
