Motorcycle Accident Personal Injury Liability

Motorcycle accidents have numerous causes; some accidents are attributed to rider negligence or inexperience, and others accidents are completely outside of the realm of control of the rider. If the accident was caused by the negligence of another motorist, a defect or dangerous road condition, or a manufacturing defect in the bike, the rider may be entitled to recover compensation for his injuries in a personal injury claim for medical expenses, lost earnings, and pain and suffering. After an accident such as this one, the family members of the injured rider would be well-advised to contact a San Diego motorcycle accident lawyer about the accident and who is responsible.
