Pedestrian Accident Personal Injury Liability

Based on the news reports, it is unclear who is responsible for this accident. However, after a car vs. pedestrian accident such as this December 18th accident in La Mesa, the family of the injured teen would be well-advised to speak with a San Diego personal injury lawyer. If it is determined that the driver of the car was negligent and he is found responsible for this pedestrian accident, the injured teenager may be entitled to compensation for his injuries, including medical care expenses, any lost earnings, pain and suffering, and other damages.
