Why did this accident happen?

The cause of the incident is still under investigation and the North County Times did not say who was at fault. It is not clear in this situation what happened to cause this December 6th Escondido car accident. Police will certainly look at whether drunk driving, speeding, distraction, or other negligence caused this accident, or if the collision was caused by a vehicle defect or even a dangerous road condition. It is also entirely possible that this accident was caused not just by one, but by several drivers.

Escondido Car Accident Personal Injury Liability Issues

After any injury accident involving multiple vehicles, it is always advisable for injured victims or their family members to contact a lawyer. An Escondido car accident attorney - one who has helped hundreds of car accident victims recover the maximum compensation for their injuries - can advise the victims of their legal rights to compensation for medical care expenses, lost earnings or wages, pain and suffering, and other damages following a serious injury accident. Accident victims should always consult with a lawyer first before making a statement to insurance representatives or accepting any compensation from an insurance company.
