Multi-Vehicle Accident Personal Injury Liability
The insurance aftermath of accidents involving more than two vehicles can be complicated. Authorities will look at factors such as speed, driver distraction, possible impairment and other factors in determining who contributed to this accident and to what extent. It is possible that this accident was caused solely by one reckless driver; it is also possible that several parties were driving negligently and contributed to the crash. In situations such as this one, injured victims and their families would be well-advised to seek a consultation with a knowledgeable and experienced San Diego personal injury lawyer as soon as possible. A qualified attorney can advise them of their best course of action to protect their legal rights and recover the maximum financial compensation they may be entitled to for their injuries.
