A man who had been driving a Saturn was taken to a hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries following a three-car crash in Escondido on Sunday afternoon. Five other people were hospitalized with injuries ranging from minor to serious, the North County Times reported. The three-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of El Norte Parkway and East Valley Parkway at about 1 p.m on Sunday, September 12th. The male driver of the Saturn suffered the most serious injuries and was hospitalized in critical condition.
