Please keep the family of Nancy Whalen in your prayers, as they must cope with the loss of their loved one. Based on the reports of this accident, the cause of the crash is not clear. In situations such as this when a loved one is lost in an unexplained accident, the family would be well-advised to consult with a San Diego personal injury attorney who will investigate the accident and determine if another party is at fault for the loss. If a mechanical defect or dangerous roadway condition caused the accident, the family may have a claim for wrongful death. Without additional investigation, it is difficult to analyze the cause of the accident, and the legal rights of those involved.
